I´ve wasted ´bout three hours looking for this driver and tried some from Dell That really not worked. Since is a little big it really worked for me with Win Xp Pro with a FCC 409TAI-27383-M5-E Model FB WS-5614PSL Motorola Chip 62412-51 Made in Taiwan Modem. Enjoy. It worked at the first try.
